Our practice name Daylight was never just a name.

Daylight is the hope that comes when we realize our past is part of our story, but it doesn’t have to define what comes next.

Clinicians

For therapists who believe good clinical work starts with knowing yourself. Supervision is a collaborative space to reflect, strengthen your clinical voice, and continue growing with intention, curiosity, and care.

Couples

For couples who care deeply about one another but feel caught in the same conversations, misunderstandings, or distance. Therapy creates space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the conflict, and find your way back to each other.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Long story short, you belong here.

Whether you're finding your way back to yourself, strengthening a relationship, or supporting others through their own healing, Daylight offers care that's grounded in compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection.

Individuals

For the person who's become so good at holding everything together that it's hard to remember what it feels like to simply be yourself. Whether you're questioning old patterns, navigating change, or longing to feel more at home in your own life, therapy offers a place to begin listening to yourself again.

WHAT YEARS OF THIS WORK HAVE TAUGHT US
No two stories are ever the same.

One of the greatest privileges of this work has been learning that no two people carry the same story, even when they're carrying the same concern. That's why we begin with curiosity instead of assumptions, allowing your story to shape the work we do together.

MEET YOUR THERAPISTS

MEET VAL

Val McGann

MA, LMFT · Founder & Therapist

Over the years, Val has noticed that people rarely come to therapy because they don't know what's wrong. More often, they've spent a long time trying to make sense of it on their own.

Whether someone is navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or a major life transition, Val's work begins by listening for the story beneath the struggle. She's known for slowing the conversation down, asking the questions that help people see themselves differently, and creating a space where insight feels less like something she's giving and more like something clients discover for themselves.

For Val, the most meaningful part of therapy isn't helping someone become a different person. It's watching them reconnect with the person they were before fear, self-doubt, or life's hardest seasons convinced them they had to be someone else.

More self-trust.

What we hope you leave with

Therapy isn't about having all the answers by the time you walk out the door. It's about leaving each conversation feeling a little more connected to yourself than when you walked in. These are the quiet shifts we hope you'll carry with you.

Finding the right therapist matters. If Daylight feels like a place where you could be understood, supported, and fully yourself, we can start with a conversation.

Could this be your
time to begin again?
